Consists of two parts: Part 1: includes the official forms of certifications, the credentials of the applicant and the project proposal, the correspondence of various neighborhoods interested in participating and the schedule of work; Part 2: includes the report “People Rebuilding Berkeley: The Self-creating Life of Neighborhoods”.
