Signed agreement between Mr. and Mrs. Alvin, Kathrine Haimson and the Center for Environmental Structure for the design of a 1,390 square foot house in three phases: 1. Preliminary design; 2. Detailed working drawings for obtaining final construction bid; 3. Providing the construction supervision at no extra cost, as C.E.S. will be the general Contractualor.
