15-page signed construction contract between Mr. and Mrs. John Lighty and the Center for Environmental Structure as contractor, for the purpose of building their one story house at the Berryessa Estates. Contract specifies that the house should be built exactly as shown in the drawings attached as Appendix 1, and specified by the ten construction operations attached as Appendix 2. Each operation includes analytical cost for each of the items contained in them.
