Regarding the rebirth of a working community in Riverside, within the framework of the United Kingdom governmental policy to rebuilt massive amounts of housing. Proposal for a generative process intended to create a rich qualitative environment, of precisely the sort that had proven itself sustainable in the past, in which the community would have a decisive role. Furthermore, it was intended to construct a fabric of businesses, jobs, place, local economy, interwoven with families and houses and the beauty of the place. The work for the project had started with a three-day workshop given to professionals, officers of local authorities, students and community leaders starting in London on Sep-13, and continuing in Strood on Sep-14 and Sep-15.
