46-page final draft of the Ordinance submitted to the Pasadena Multi-Family Task Force. New zoning ordinance for the city’s multi-family housing areas that would permit high intensity development to continue in a way which is in keeping with Pasadena’s heritage. Therefore, “Gardens as the Central Concept” plays a role as important as building volume and parking layout in this new ordinance. The document is organized in the following sections: 1) Introduction; 2) Residential Design Standards split into: 2.1. Garden Standards, 2.2. Parking and Driveway Standards and 2.3. Architectural Standards; and 3) Permit Application Forms.
