Therefore, “Gardens as the Central Concept” plays a role as important as building volume and parking layout in this new ordinance. The document is organized in the following sections: 1) Introduction; 2) Residential Design Standards split into: 2.1. Garden Standards, 2.2. Parking and Driveway Standards and 2.3. Architectural Standards; and 3) Permit Application Forms.
