The issues included are: 1) Making a list of priority for construction items; 2) Moving construction more towards the Construction Management method; 3) Establishing a certain amount of money for construction for C.E.S. to begin working on it. A list with numerous construction items discussed during negotiations between Fujita and the school is included. The three last pages comprise a detailed list of construction items needed for the Homebase street, to be built by the Center for Environmental Structure as suggested.
