Includes three sections: 1) ‘Description of strategy’; 2) ‘How does it contribute to Pasadena’s long-term health’; 3) ‘How long will it take to implement’. Setting two deadlines, one for the formation of the Urban Design Policy Committee and the other for the completion of the new policy.
