Fall 1992

Design studio intended to play its part in this year’s colege-wide emphasis on the future development of California. The focus of the class was a new type of small scale high density urban community, consisting approximately of 200-300 households, that form a coherent pedestrian village, surrounded by a belt of agriculture.
