Haworth New Office Furniture System: Columns and low walls / Sweet Potatoes Offices and Workshops: Columns and low walls
1985Hollow plywood colums, simple and fairly thick, extending from floor to ceiling or arising out of a low wall, for defining corners and edges of rooms; low thick walls, appropriate for enclosing individual work spaces. Both elements combined with the thick wall system, provide a variety in the enclosure of spaces. Columns arising out of a low wall were built at the entrance hall of the Sweet Potatoes project; also a series of columns, equally spaced, separate the production room from its adjacent storage.
