1985Thick wall unit made of two panels with built-in counter surface, drawers below and shelves and cupboard above; it provides an excellent combination of storage and layout space. The counter top in natural wood is 28" deep, at 28" above floor level. Drawers below in enamelled wood, are on easy slide steel and polyuthylene rollers; they are shallow, to increase total visible surface. Furniture prototype, initially developed for the Haworth New Office Furniture System was incorporated in the Center for Environmental Structure office; then it was further developed for the Herman Miller New Office Furniture System .
