Herman Miller New Office Furniture System: Computer setup
1988A multipurpose computer-specific trolley, which can take almost any make of micro-computer inside and has room for all kinds of connections and subunits. Outside, you have only the screen, which you can put on the trolley, or on your desk, and the keyboard, which goes away when you don't need it. Functioning prototype was included in the 12 feet by 18 feet office interiors for one person, constructed by C.E.S. Its first idea was developed in 1985 as part of the Haworth New Office Furniture System.
