Herman Miller New Office Furniture System: Japanese silk panels
1988Panels of hand made japanese silk, no two alike; shining colors, beautiful drawing. To be used either as wall decoration mounted on the wall, or as pin boards for pinning notices and miscellaneous notes. Each panel has a cork/celotex backing for stability, and for easy insertion of pins. The frame is wood molding section, enamelled white or solid color to match silk; the panel is avaibale in any length ranging between 3ft. to 12ft. Functioning prototype was included in the 12 feet by 18 feet office interiors for one person, constructed by C.E.S.
