A proposal to write a “book on Christopher Alexander’s extraordinary work and approach”, providing an informative summary of written and constructed works by C.E.S., as well as articles written about him. Includes a brief discussion of the essence of “A Pattern Language” and proposes to follow a project that is about to begin in Marin County as a center piece for the book based on the concept of the pattern “Things from Your Life”.
