New Ryde Community: Transmitting four pages with three site plan development ideas and an empty site plan for reference

Located outside of Sacramento, California, in the Delta region, this community was intended to be an integrated development of affordable, middle-income residential and commercial buildings and public spaces, focused on creating a sense of community and cohesion.
