Neighborhood of Seventy Low-Cost Houses: Preliminary Design Drawings – Site layout process plans
6 6) Series of adjustments have resolved functional problems; however, still the site plan needs further work at the north-west area
Six survey drawings of the project site recording the stages of the lay-out process using stakes on the land, and recurring adjustments. The first survey drawing is the recording of the formation of the major and secondary centers, as well as the primary and secondary streets; five more complete drawings include the lot subdivisions as they were staked out and are focusing mainly on the adjustments of the public space forms created .
Drawing:
- 1) On-site layout of streets and plazas; the cross marks are the records of the stakes used on the land
- 2) Site plan with lot subdivision; areas of conflicting forces between the street network and the lot subdivision need resolution
