It includes free-hand sketches of plans, sections, elevations and rough axonometrics, numerous notes and a few single hardline drawings. It addresses functional, design and geometric issues, seeking the best solutions for fire stairs, elevator location, maximum natural lighting, integration to the existing hospital, etc., while allowing a smooth merging of the structural frame with the apartment layouts, and good volumetric proportions.
