Pasadena Zoning Ordinance for Multi-Family Housing – Generative Sequence for Apartment Buildings: Photographs of sketches
01/01/1987Eleven major steps define the generative sequence which allows the designer to produce a design for a particular site by an unfolding process that meet the necessary conditions for a good apartment building. A sequence of sketches by Christopher Alexander and Artemis Anninou illustrate the relevant steps and give an overview of the process; in addition drawing present the finished building produced by such a process.
