65-page grant application to the Department of Public Health, Education and Welfare / Public Health Service for covering the cost for the 3-year CES research on the hypothesis that users of an environment use the pattern language to design that environment for themselves, the result increases the mental health of that enviroment. Besides a detailed analysis of costs, an extensive and thorough description of the last five years accomplishments and the proposed research significance and methods is enclosed.
