Design Process, Proposal Brief

12-page draft document outlining the essential features of the planning process, in which the families have a major input in all stages of the design process. It discusses the use of certain archetypal patterns as the basis of all physical decisions for the layout of common land and buildings, and introduces the dynamic aspect of the planning process for the settlement, as opposed to a static master plan. Twelve fundamental conditions, indispensable for the success of the dynamic planning process, are analyzed in brief.
