Archetypal solutions, creates models for multifamily housing projects at three densities; Stage 3. Contextual variety adapts the archetypes created to the real variety of lots, neighborhoods, street types and contexts; Stage 4. Zoning ordinance, presenting a first draft of the new ordinance; Stage 5. Field Testing in interim study district; Stage 6. Final presentation and incorporation into law. One draft is included .
