25-page collection of papers presenting the consultants’ initial solution positions after investigating the existing problems of the areas under study. The nine ‘position papers’ include: 1) Replacing current density measures with context-sensitive FAR; 2) Parking ratio; 3) Driveways; 4) Building type; 5) Building height; 6) Garden size; 7) Side and backyard set-backs; 8) Single lot development – The need for cooperation among single lots; 9) Character of the street. Further to the above, there is also an additional ‘position paper’ titled ‘The overall structure of multifamily housing – A single ideal block’, as well as more developed versions of position papers #1 and #9, and an edited version of position paper #2.
