Two subcontracts between Center for Environmental Structure and Nils Smith for 1) Entrance #4 demolition works, including a supportive structure, and subsequent removing of debris and cleaning; 2) Entrance #5 steel and timber framing works, including the removing of existing electrical wiring. Both subcontracts are signed, and their job description is attached .
