38-page handwritten report by J. Lubbock on his visit to Berkeley to meet with Prof. Christopher Alexander. The purpose of the report was to present to HRH The Prince of Wales an in depth analysis and evaluation regarding the major aspects of Alexander’s teaching and professional approach, highlighting the integration of his works as an architect-builder with his teaching, and the benefits students gain from this –in effect, apprenticeship both in the design and construction of buildings.
