9-page signed construction contract between, Ann Medlock and John Graham and the Center for Environmental Structure with Dow Construction Corporation in partnership. The house is to be built as indicated by the C.E.S. drawings attached as Appendix 1. Three pages with three signed Addenda are included in the contract, discussing influencing issues of the contract and lays out ways to accommodate them in it like, donated materials, volunteer labor and extra work by the contractor, towards a more beautiful result. With an analytical list of eleven steps of construction with costs included.
