Initial, signed agreement, with declarations of the specific services to be performed by each one of the entities involved: 1. “El Centro” (Center for Environmental Structure); 2. “ISSSTECALI” (Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Gobierno y Municipios del Estado de Baja California); 3. “BREBC” (Bienes Raices del Estado de Baja California); 4. “El Gobierno” (El Gobierno del Estado de Baja California) and 5. “UABC” (La Universidad Autonoma de Baja California) .
