17/05/19893-page unsigned agreement between Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation (NR) and the Center for Environmental Structure (C.E.S.) who is to provide a system of user participation capable of producing affordable single family housing for ownership. It states also that this agreement supersedes and replaces any previous document, correspondence or other written or oral understandings related to the agreement. A transmittal letter by the Director of Housing Development Strategies together with the initial edited draft of the agreement are also included.
