Re-applying for a basic grant to the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, referring to “The Rebirth of a Neighborhood” project. It includes a copy of the 1975 grant application in the first part and, as a second part, an exact copy of the 1974 report “People Rebuilding Berkeley: The Self-creating Life of Neighborhoods”. The first part is a sixty two page document bound together with the 1974 report.
