Material provided to the students to be used in the studio project development; includes 3 pages describing the most critical large scale features to be dealt with such as, the ‘Positive Outdoor Space’ and “Parking”. Stating the need for creating of a set of rules which can put the built and the open spaces in good conditions. Followed by fifteen pages of city block schemes.
