The set of rules is organized in two stages; ‘First Operations – Preliminaries’ includes five parts and describes the sequential activities and design decisions towards a general understanding of the specifics and context of a project, and ‘Second Operations – Detailed Layout’ includes five parts and describes in sequential steps the design process to be followed in each new housing project.
