Design Studio Course, Teaching Assignment

Material provided to the students to be used in the studio project development; includes 15 pages in which twenty seven rules are laid out, each containing both the current and the proposed new rules. A new system of rules is the subject under investigation by the students while developing their individual projects and attempting to resolve open questions regarding density, open space, lot coverage, parking and driveway issues, private gardens, etc. for maintaining the “garden city” character of Pasadena.
