25-page report with notes based on an earlier review of a series of C.E.S. housing projects, most of them developed for third world countries, and particular focus on the 1983 “Guasare New Town” project in Venezuela, with scope of putting together a set of principles for the European context. It includes 1) Summary description of the Guasare Project, C.E.S., Venezuela; 2) “Patio house” developments in Denmark and Spain, Jorn Utzon, Alvaro Siza; 3. Comparative notes – areas, dimensions.
