Four lists prepared by Christopher Alexander with headings “List of Things for Nili to Do Before March 15”, “List of Things for Garin to Do Before March 15”, “Overall Schedule of Project”, “Contract with Ministry of Housing” include records of tasks and personnel assignments to be completed in Israel and California, with proposed dates. Three of them have handwritten additions by Nili Portugali.
