The Julian Street Inn – Shelter for the Homeless: Four documents regarding specialty construction works performed by C.E.S.

Four memoranda prepared for signature by the relevant parties, in order to enable the immediate commencement of the below mentioned works: 1) Memorandum A “Bill of Materials Supplied by C.E.S.” in the form of an invoice; 2) Memorandum B “Assignment of Contract for Concrete Trusses” with material and fabrication to be supplied by C.E.S.; 3) Memorandum C “Assignment of Contract for Tile Panelling” with material and tile hanging to be supplied by C.E.S.; 4) Memorandum D “Bill for Project Management Services by C.E.S.” in the form of an invoice.
