The Julian Street Inn - Shelter for the Homeless: Re: General Contractor's Claim for Delay Time. A letter indicating that a deep analysis has been completed regarding a $43,245.00 claim presented by Maxim Schrogin in a 3-Mar-1989 letter. After careful study, a conclusion was made that it has not merit and Housing for Independent People, Inc., does not need to pay the claim. An Architects report will follow. Unsigned 18/04/1989
