Change order referring to the signing of a subcontract for $2000.00 with the Center of Environmental Structure for terracotta tile inserts into slab edges; the fabrication and installation of the ornamental tiles for the exterior wall cladding was one of the construction works under the full responsibility of C.E.S. for its engineering solution and execution.
