Four reports with minutes of meetings which took place on 04-Aug-1988, 11-Aug-1988, 18-Aug-1988 & 25-Aug-1988. Meetings focused on detailed lists of construction and design issues requiring prompt solutioning by the contractor and the architect, an update on the subcontractors’ activities, decisions to be made on a new subcontractor for the arcades, pending change orders, corrections on structural design issues, orders for materials still pending etc. Each weekly report includes an update on the construction status .
