Minutes of four construction meetings with reference to detailed lists of construction and design issues requiring prompt solutions by the contractor and the architect, updates on the subcontractors’ activities, decisions to be made on a new subcontractor for the arcades, pending change orders, corrections on structural design issues, orders for materials still pending etc. Each weekly report includes an update on the construction status.
