Two reports with minutes of meetings which took place on 02-Dec-1988 and 15-Dec-1988 outlining the topics discussed by the contractor, the architect and the owner. Issues discussed are applications for payment, change orders received and still needed, sample panel for second floor exterior wall needed for inspection and approval by the City Planning Department, drawings requiring approval, need for temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the Residence Hall etc. Each weekly report includes an update on the construction status .
