Report on the 2-Feb-1989 construction meeting. Two of the major points discussed were the concrete trusses of the Dining Hall and the exterior tile cladding of the second floor of the Residential Building, both causing a continuous delay to the construction process. Demands for the delayed payment issue to be resolved with the architect for a smoother construction process. An update on all ongoing construction activities and needs is also outlined.
