01/05/199633-page project proposal which dwells on the transformation of the existing neighborhood by a sequence of design and construction small actions carried out over many years, gradually, in order to establish and/or improve its pedestrian network, gardens, roads, communal life and support for each person’s private individuality. Organized in two parts: 1. “The Physical Conditions”, deals with the new character to be developed for the neighborhood and 2. “The Process of Transformation”, goes through the actions to be followed for accomplishing it.
