Report on the 3-Nov-1988 construction meeting. Discussion focused on building and site finishes, preparation of new change order proposals, construction activities to follow, the importance to complete all details for the Residence Hall and obtain temporary Certificate of Occupancy. Dining Hall truss causing delay to the project, due to still pending approval.
