14/12/1988Three change orders addressing adjustments to specific finishing elements; #16 and 16b refer to the doors and windows of the residential building, and #16a to lowering the courtyard elevation among other smaller changes. There is also an early version of the above referenced change orders, which is dated 9-Sep-88 and comprises all three of the above; initially proposed changes and sums had been adjusted.

Furthermore, he notifes the client that there is a list of eighteen items with cost estimates, which will be necessary to complete the job.
