There is also an early version of the above referenced change orders, which is dated 9-Sep-88 and comprises all three of the above; initially proposed changes and sums had been adjusted.

The Julian Street Inn - Shelter for the Homeless: General contractor's letter forwarding fourteen proposed change orders, which being discretionary, do not allow a new contract total to be estimated, until the ones approved are agreed. Furthermore, he notifes the client that there is a list of eighteen items with cost estimates, which will be necessary to complete the job.
